Qigong can help you feel, move and work with energy in your body. It is a powerful way to become more fully alive and conscious. One way to translate Qigong is exercising the essential life force. There are thousands of different forms of Qigong. Taiji is a form of Qigong.
At Internal Harmony we teach the Fu Shan Mountain Qigong system. This qigong emphasizes rehabilitation of the body, muscles, connective tissue and organs. Continuous practice will greatly increase ones level of health and wellness both physically and mentally.
What is the difference between Qigong and Taiji?
Taiji is 1 set of over 100 interlinked postures and movements that are performed together. The Fu Shan Mountain Qigong has different sets comprised of 1 or 2 postures and movements and each set can be practiced individually. Ideally they are synergistic practices. They support and aid the others development.
